-All prices on the Nikejordanaaa  Co.,LTD, website are small order ONLY, If you order more than 300/pairs -If you order less than this than their is a different price.
-You will recieve a order conformation after we recieve your payment to your email. We can provide a tracking number to you after 8 days, due to packages not being able to be tracked until they arrive to the USA. The tracking number will be sent your email.
-All shoes run true to size. You can order sizes 7-13 including half sizes.
-Ask all question BEFORE buying!
-ALL GOODS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE ANYTHING IS SHIPPED!

Return/Exchange

-We do not offer refunds! ONLY store credit!
-We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you.
-Some unexceptable reasons for exchange are: I don"t want the shoes anymore, I ordered the wrong size or color, colors of shoes are darker or lighter thanpictured,shoes do not fit.
-Acceptable Reasons for exchange: Wrong shoes or size sent, factory defect on shoes,mistake on EC29.com"s part.
-The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping charges back to us! NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and an exchange.
-Customers must fill out our Return/Exchange form within 5 days of recieving shoes to get an exchange on the shoes.
-If your shoes are accepted for exchange we will notify you with instructions on how to mail it back to us.

Shipping & Delivery¡¡

-Nikejordanaaa Co.,LTD, The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.
-You will recieve a tracking number from us after 1-3 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s)
-Nikejordanaaa Co.,LTD, is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is Nothing we can do and you WILL NOT be offered a refund!
-All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
-In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package. Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to your package.

About Customs take products and insurance

1) 100% insurance = total X 20% , When the customs to detain the 15 days of your product, we will send New One packet, you will not pay money again, But only 1 time. ( Date it is products come customs day ).
2) 50% insurance = total X 10% , When the customs to detain the 15 days of your product, we will send New One packet, but you need pay shipping cost, only 1 time. ( Date it is products come customs day ).
3) 0 insurance, when the customs take products and dont send to you, we will not send new packets.
